friday off, work life balance, great people to work with, open door policy, gives years of service award & reward

Cons

don't have trainings abroad unlike other company, vulnerable to economic cycles, not enough increase in salary, if there is a mass hiring there will also be a mass lay-off when there's no expected project to come
