      High pay compare to non oil & gas industry. High retention rate compare to other companies. Great benefits and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Industry has ups and downs based on oil price cycle. Still lack diversity in upper management especially in global level. It has pros and cons of big corporates.

      Solid pay, good benefits, good work/life balance, flex hours

      Not a good training program out of school (no exposure to field/clients for new hires), massive layoffs (40% off my department) when economy is not good
