      Global Opportunities for aggressive individuals that are interested in building energy projects that change the world.

      Cons

      Regular Travel that is not always in the most convenient of locations. Must be willing to work with an international team.

      Pros

      Great company to work with right out of college, has a lot of resources and training program for young engineers.

      Cons

      Company is too big which makes the employee feel like just a number on the board. They apparently has some sort of a watch-list of young employees with potential, but you only get on the list if you are deemed special by someone up the food chain, otherwise it is not so easy to climb the corporate ladder.
