Friendly & knowledgeable employees. Career movement within company available, through yearly review & open communications. Volunteered activities are a great way to get involved. Opportunities to grow with the company for anyone, who wishes to pursue personal career growth. Very respectful company.

Salary Freezing this past year for everyone, except if promoted - not well perceived.

Fluor is a big company and can provide a lot of resources and opportunities for a highly motivated new graduate.

Cons

Working for a large company can add a lot of extra "extra curricular" activities that employees are expected to prticiapte in. Additionally Fluor is reluctant to embrace new technologies.
