Great local team, great client team, great remote support team. Safety is priority one and is never shorted. 20 word minimum

Cons

Salary is routinely kept at the lowest percentile either by a low starting rate or across the board wage freezes, sometimes both.

Most roles can work 4- 10.5 hour days. Salary is reasonable for beginners. Most management is helpful on startup. Co-workers are very helpful.

Cons

Salary is not comparable with rest of industry. Very minimal if any salary increases on a year to year basis. Not cost of living increases. Very little room for grown opportunities.
