      Pros

      A tremendously well structured organization whose experiences have been documented into streamlined processes to allow for successful execution of large mega projects. It also retains a huge knowledge base that employees can access add well as subject matter experts in literally all areas of a wide cross section of various industries.

      Cons

      It's structure and processes can also be it's weakness to execute projects of a much smaller nature that have dynamic client needs.

      excellent training program for new college graduates. they were the gold standard when they were Daniel Construction Company and Fluor bought them in 1989
