      Pros

      The training you receive is top notch, the people are great, and you have an amazing pool of resources with which to do your job. All-in-all, one of the best and most rewarding places I've worked in my career.

      Cons

      It is a big company, and (like any big company) just doing your job well is not enough. You have to be noticed by the right people.

      Cons

      You get paid once a week and taxes are a little short at the end of the year. No pay raises at this site in over 5 years and the site manager is worried about his bonus
