      fluor is the most employee friendly and knon for its systems and standards throughout the world for EPCM jobs

      Cons

      with no shake up for decades and things are faltering. Seniors are becoming sluggish, taking it as their home and taken every thing for granted. As a resuly, quality and reputation is faultering

      Pros

      Great Company to work for and lots of room for upwards movement, if you are willing to go overseas or different projects within the US.

      Cons

      Huge Company and lots of management barriers. Communication Flow down..........needs work and can be better. Layoffs are always a worry with Fluor as it comes in waves.
