      Always have high concern for employee safety and well being.Wages are at or above a fair rate and pay is always on time.

      lots of turnover in recruiting office making employment process more difficult.

      Pros

      Fluor seems to be a great company. A lot of great people to work with and great supervisors as well. I really can't complain much except for the schedule.

      Cons

      Schedule. People do need some time off to recover from working every single day during the Christmas Holiday.
