      many intelligent and hard-working coworkers, many opportunities to learn and network if YOU take the initiative, hard work is noticed, company seems determined to continuously improve and grow

      layoff history, large projects are HIGHLY subject to ups and downs of the economy, half-sized office cubicles, individual experiences vary based upon your project and department (don't get lost!)
