-Great for single or married individuals -Long term career if you work hard -Great people to work with -Volunteering is good (you should strongly consider doing, looks good on you)
Cons
-Depending on your skills, you may not go farther than two levels -Huge company so if you have ideas, you may need to go through the proper channels -Huge gap between the millennials and the baby-boomers; Gen X's have it tough sometimes managing both sides if not familiar with the personalities of each
