Pros

You get to be around other creative people. We have a beautiful office.

Cons

You must go well above your job description to be recognized or promoted. It's a culture that does not reward work+life balance unfortunately.

Pros

Nice office Always a lot of social activities (wine and cheese, etc) Immersed in cool design world Lots of learning opportunities (lunch and learn, daily vendor visits) Good about allowing you to grow Entrepreneurial culture Good location in DTLA - in the heart of Financial district and close to a lot of restaurants and nice bars

Cons

Extremely political Can't trust anyone - so many back stabbers A lot of drama and people talking crap about each other. Many are just plain mean. Incompetent staff No sick days - they are lumped in with your vacation days No matching 401K
