People are largely nice. Projects can be interesting.

Cons

Massive lack of integrity, with huge gap between what they say and what they do. 5 days a week back in the office. Communication is patchy and secretive.

Pigeon hole you with no hope of getting out A lot of corporate cheerleading which you may or may not like

Some of your co-workers are amazing.

Cons

- Overall the office and studio culture is just really toxic. There is one good studio in this office that has good leadership - A lot of the employees lack revit skills which leads to unorganized projects. Leadership has no idea who's good at what - 5 days a week in the office. We're still doing this in 2024? Meanwhile a lot of other firms are offering much better work/life balance?
