The worst company I have ever worked for!

Pros

The Bonus scheme was the only good thing.

Cons

Political, rude and toxic staff. No consideration of employee boundaries, a lot of backstabbing when people don't get their own way. Have the audacity to speak about mental health awareness even though staff are burntout and exhausted most of the time.

We treat workplace concerns seriously and address them in accordance with our internal policies and procedures. We have multiple channels for reporting issues and we train and encourage our team members to use them. Encouraging everyone to ask questions and provide honest feedback is critical to supporting our culture and our values of integrity, trust and mutual respect. We appreciate your feedback. However, since you have not identified the office you worked in, we're not able to directly share your perspective with your office and regional leadership. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

People are nice and friendly

Cons

So many — 1) It’s a top down culture with high levels of hypocrisy and bureaucracy 2) Severely underpaid employees - across the board 3) Tone deaf / regressive management 4) Expectations of being at the beck and call of client / working long hours / not much value or appreciation. lot of unpaid labor masked with “leader of abc” or “champion of xyz” 5) A culture where they talk about being inclusive, but are not really. 6) A mandatory 4-day a week work policy that nobody loves, people are miserable, and literally, attendance is taken.
