I would probably say this office do not have any pros.

Cons

Leaderships here are unethical people. I think the main office leadership should talked to employees who leave these two years. At least be fair to other's people's life. The best I can say is design is not about show-off. Showing off is not about bullying people who you don't considered as a friend.

toxic work culture (especially in Phoenix), leadership is biased and has a hard time listening to others what they have to say. encountered racism in the workplace especially from senior associate levels. lack of mentorship for the junior level designers
