Pros

Gensler is good worldwide and they do great projects. Leadership is great in US. Highly regarded for good culture. Best workplace worldwide, except Bangalore.

Cons

No more enjoyable place to work. Gensler became too indian like any other indian firm run by indian director. past 6months, all good and hard working seniors left . recently, leadership forced a hard working employee to resign without giving any reason. Politics in peak, culture is progressively getting worse, ethics is compromised. Latest hirers are somehow past colleagues of director, thus forming a group. More mangers but no leaders.

Without a doubt, one of the best reasons to work here are the people. Everyone in this office acts like a friend, a confidant, a teacher, and your personal cheerleader. The office truly feels and acts like a family. Another reason this office rocks is because it allows you to maximize career growth and create your own career path. The opportunities are limitless if you work hard and get involved at the office and firm level. There are also ton of resources available and information sharing in the office and between offices is fantastic. Last but not least, there are a ton of celebrations and opportunities to bond with your fellow co-workers.

Cons

Unsurprisingly, demanding clients and project schedules. Regular long hours, which aren't so bad because you like the people you're working with, like what you're working on, and have the flexibility to work from home.
