Pros

Gensler offers a strong ESOP, benefits package.

Cons

This is for the SW Region - Poor Management. Poor Culture. Overworked. Consistently breaks laws for the bottom line. Expects one to work late in the office and also donate time outside of the office. No real work life balance if you want a decent raises or bonus. Bonuses are used as tools to overwork employees. Incompetent people in high positions. Hide behind high volumes of projects, rather than dealing with actual issues.

Pros

Opportunity to work on large landmark projects. Client focused.Collaborate with many different offices around the world.

Cons

14 PTO Days off include sick days. Salary is on the lower side of the industry. Performance bonuses have little to do with work ethic and performance, but more to do with time at the company and experience. Lack of design point of view.
