      Atlanta office doesn't live up to the firm's reputation

      Pros

      Networking within the firm wide community, educational and enrichment opportunities, great clients and projects - if you're among the chosen who get to work on them.

      Cons

      Non-billable meetings or seminars nearly every day at lunch, pressure to not report overtime (which you're supposed to get paid for); revolving door of manager level staff who got promoted but then got no support or direction, very cliquish atmosphere - encouraged by management.

      Pleasing aesthetic offices, although getting crowded Creative and talented young professional staff Part of larger Gensler Brand which is world renowned and does amazing projects Worldwide

      Cons

      Current management team is highly dysfunctional and affects all levels of staff Questionable hiring and termination practices, high turnover Narrow career trajectory based upon favoritism

      Pros

      The money is attractive but you do have to fight for it. The "little people" who actually contribute to culture are great but there are only a handful.

      Cons

      There are way too many co-cooks in the kitchen and not a clear direction from leadership or anyone really.
