Pros

Great colleagues and workplace initiatives

Cons

Ridiculous deadlines that see people working far into the night when they don’t have to be. Middle management is full of gaslighting and harassment. You can’t ask questions on project scope without getting screamed at. HR is not helpful and instead continues to gaslight you.

Pros

Nice open plan office environment, friendly atmosphere, lots of nice people, regular social events, good bonuses after you have stayed a long time

Cons

Not a great place to work if you are a woman - didnt get a sense of that changing anytime. Gender pay gap an issue. 5 days a week in the office. Not a place that practices what they preach - misalignment between internal policies and efforts to reduce carbon emissions (a tonne of unnecessary flights for internal meetings eg.). No obvious interest in driving diversity or inclusion agenda (eg london office has nowhere to lie down if unwell, wheelchair users cannot use kitchen or pantries, no where if you want to express milk, not enough quiet spaces for calls or neurodivergent thinkers etc. who want a moment). Office in a poor location with no amenities (supermarket nearby thankfully). Low morale. Good if you want to learn design basics, but not the most innovative.

Pros

Great reputation, somewhat competitive pay, autonomy over work

Cons

Constant layoffs, micro managers wherever I turned, outdated 5 day a week work in office culture, fake 'family' set up.
