      Absolutely No scope of growth unless you do overtime They changed the policy to come in EVERYDAY- very regressive move PDP coaches are useless- No scope of growth, No encouragement & recognition. If you talk more about work rather than actually working- you will be rewarded

      A corrupted white male dominated company

      Pros

      You get to work for the most famous clients and the most wellknown projects - where people are getting killed for relocation purpose (guess which projects?) If you are mid aged white male, congrats, this is a company for you - sit there, say everything and nothing while getting a very decent pay and a lot of people licking your xxx. Ohohoh, don’t worry if you are drained from work, hr will check on you and ask you to act like an adult. They’ve also prepared all health insurance so that they are covered.

      Cons

      You get the worst ever client who pays thousands- to Gensler, not you. And doesn’t care about design. You get studio manager who cut your fee proposal to half within a second without thinking because the client asked for it. You attend 3 group meetings per day and present to 30 muted and camera-off people.
