There are a vast amount of resources, project types, and people available to help with your career development. Gensler is mostly successful in cultivating a unique local culture, while simultaneously maintaining its global identity.

Cons

The large size may turn off some people who prefer a smaller environment. While the strong culture reinforces Gensler's identity, it can feel forced at times.

Great people and leadership. It's a company with a clear vision led by folks who are passionate about how design can change the world. Not a top down management sort of organization and everyone has a chance to make an impact.

Cons

The organization has a lot of room to grow and create your own opportunities, but this can also be a challenge for folks who need lots of guidance to succeed.
