Pros

Collegiate environment; talented and hard-working colleagues; good projects to work on; massive support for career development. There is ample opportunity stay interested - lot of extra-curricular stuff too and ways to work pro bono.

Cons

The internal machinations are still obscure to me, but early days. I'm optimistic.

Great place to learn the trade and opportunities to work with some of the world's biggest companies (Forbes list)as well as tailored projects and non-profit initiatives. Good work environment and interoffice collaboration projects.

Cons

Long working hours and very tight deadlines. Opportunities for reaching out of asigned tasks is limited. Depending on the office, salaries can be lower than expected.
