      Pros

      I've been fortunate to work with some of the world's most creative people and companies as a partner, employee and consultant. That being said, I haven't experienced a community of creative people come together at this scale and with such authentic, collective care for one another's success in my lifetime. This is unique and incredibly powerful.

      Cons

      The collective energy and brilliance can be overwhelming.

      Pros

      There is real advocacy to bring up talent and mentor through collaboration and identification of bright stars. The staff is filled with experts in their practice areas and people who want to be there. There are also so many extracurricular programs to encourage community and culture.

      Cons

      Such a large office can lead to people getting overlooked and stuck in ruts, however if you're able to shine and prove your worth you can be ushered into new opportunities and working with leadership. This will of course put you under a microscope, which is a pro/con in itself.

      Pros

      Exciting client and projects makes the work challenging but very fulfilling. The collaborative nature of the firm that allows the breadth of experience to facilitate great design. Simpler; the people that can help are always there to help and make the projects better, and the process not only provides experience but mentoring to staff and a further betterment to the firm culture.

      Cons

      It is a big firm. If you are not passionate and ready for the challenges it may not be a good fit.
