Overall the work environment is laid back. The culture is very diverse because you work with people of all ages in a space most feel comfortable. Also, you can most likely move up within the company

Cons

Most management thinks they are above employees. They talk down to the employees even though they themselves came from the same position as the agents.

Most supervisors are wonderful and understanding Quick to fix issues Thankfully it switched to remote working for the north branch

Cons

Other supervisors can be harsh Needing to be employed for 5 to 6 months before you get any benefits Break and lunch schedules are not definite
