very chill and you have your own desk with 2 screens. you can decorate it however you like. You get an 100 dollar gift card at the end of the year to shop with zara.

Cons

Management really sucked. They don't coach you on your calls or chats and have the nerve to give you write up if you didn't meet your quota.. You wont know your quota unless your manager kept you updated..

More Cons Than Pros

Pros

You get a small weekly paycheck, two benefits, and compensated for free training.

Cons

Management appears to be caring but realistically, the employees are the least of their worries. Very high turnover rate, too much is expected for such a poor paying job, benefits aren't guaranteed and so is employment with them. Beware of employees around you because they are backstabbers.
