Pros

Fellow co-workers, they can be some of the nicest and hardworking people. While I'm not there to make friends and this is just a means to an end, its nice to work with hardworking folks.

Cons

It's a great place to work ... if you dont mind sacrificing your sanity, dignity, time and energy for little pay, little to no recognition and the constant harrasment of your supervisor to make them look good, while they take credit for your actions and manage to blame you for their shortcomings.

Pros

None....they lie alot and only like if you kiss up

Cons

They care little about the employee. This is why the call is so filthy and very poorly kept. The carpet is so dirty I could barely tell what color it was. The call center has a musky odor. The cubicles are outdated there is no assigned seating. It's just disgusting. HOW CAN THEY HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK IN SUCH CONDITIONS??? BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE.

Pros

It is a good option for someone in desperate need of a job as they are always hiring during the season. I did not want to stay there for too long but since I was a good employee my manager gave me a small raise every year without even asking for it . I was lazy about looking for better options and ended up staying 3 years. So, not so bad of a company.

Cons

There is little opportunity for advancement and the compensation is not very good. The health insurance plan is very expensive. Management hires supervisors from outside of the company and does not introduce them to the staff you have to guess that the new person walking around is your new watcher. They let go of people without notice on the day before Christmas. HR people are rude.
