      Hard to grow and low compensation

      Stability, lot of clients, option to change client, etc.

      Cons

      Low compensation, project managers trained to make you feel like you don’t deserve more compensation and grow to higher positions despite brilliant performance on clients, perks are a lie, so on and so forth…….YOU new people DON’T waste your time, there are other smaller companies that offer better compensation and perks, globant is kind of only fame.
