      Good place to start

      Pros

      Remote work, flexible hours, good client projects to work, possibility to change project if you don’t like the current one.

      Cons

      Extremely down payment according to the market, freeze recategorizations, it means that is difficult to level up because you need to have an amount of time in your current role to pass to next one, but if you was going to be recategorize at some month, January for instance, they can tell you that for the moment they can’t do the recategorization and it can be delayed for 6 months or even more. The sad thing is that they know they are paying extremely low but they don’t even care
