      Pros

      You'll have the chance to be on stand by if your project ends, so it's a good time to learn something and apply to the open positions. You'll have performance reviews so it's a good idea to aim for a higher role

      Cons

      Since there's a bunch of people you'll need to be really pushy to get a raise, but there are clear steps to do this, always relay on your PM and never stay silent
