      Ok to start with, not good for the long run.

      Pros

      When you start it's a good company since you get the basics of everything in the corp world. Everyone is usually nice and you get to know a lot of people from which you can learn from. Hours depend on your project but they are usually pretty flexible and understandable.

      Cons

      They put a lot of doors for you to move up from one seniority to the next and always give you the excuse that there's no room in the budget or the company is going through hard times (always with that excuse) and they can set you back years. I have coworkers that haven't been able to move up for at least 2 years even after they've met all the requirements and everyone gives them the ok except corp.
