      If you're a junior developer or in urgent need of a job, Globant can be an option. The hiring process is relatively easy, as they accept a wide range of candidates, including many who might not be highly skilled—though there are some exceptions.

      Cons

      I've been working in staff augmentation directly with a client for four years, yet I'm still classified as 'semi-senior' at Globant. I have access to official documents showing how much they charge the client for my work—they bill me as a senior engineer, and I consistently perform at that level for a U.S.-based company. However, despite charging the client $12,200 USD per month for my services, Globant pays me only $3,000 USD before taxes—roughly 25% of what they receive. While it’s standard for consulting firms to take a margin, this level of disparity is excessive, especially given the lack of clear career progression, meaningful raises, or recognition for senior-level work. If you're looking for fair compensation that reflects your market value, you might want to explore other options.
