      Good place to work but really bad local management

      Pros

      It's a really opened place to work, relaxed and friendly. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Bad local management really against corporate culture. Poor salary increasing. No recognition neither compensation for extra hours. Non balanced promotions. Don't have a clear growth career path.

      Interesting projects with the latest frameworks and programming languages involved. Great athmosphere, flexible employer, attention to employee's needs, worries and development.

      Cons

      Like at many other multinationals, most of senior positions are located at HQ.

      Good for a first job.

      Cons

      All depends on the project if you land in a horrible one your experience could be awful. You don't have 100% work from home as they promise. Make a change of project could be a calamity, there isn't a simple way. The career path isn't clear, you need to get some influences on the Argentinian side in order to progress. There is a mixture of agile culture with waterfall, they sell itself as agile and you work in a waterfall way. Recommendation bonus is a joke.
