      The culture is awesome You can get a lot of experience there Excellent work/life balance

      Cons

      It's difficult to contact managers and people who is charge of specific matters, you can feel that no one is helping you.

      I love Globant but I hate the project I'm assigned to

      Pros

      Google like office, hammocks, mini golf, play station, the office is near public transport and cheap places to eat

      Cons

      In the last months, they have the objective to sell a lot of projects and to increase the value of the company so they decided to hire a lot of programmers (most of them with low tech level) but also selling a lot of awful projects, Path careers are not clear at all, if you ask someone about to have more seniority they tell you " well, you have to be proactive" and something like that. They promise to increase your salary but you have to talk about that before November or April, if not you are out of dates and have to wait next year.

      Pros

      -They can pay you well if you sell yourself well. -Lot of projects, technologies and clients. -Opportunity to travel. -Nice offices and equipment.

      Cons

      -Weak training effort. -Career path unclear. -It is said that getting a salary rise is hard. -Revenue driven company: they sell man-hours no matter the means. -Zero management: you are practically on your own with the client. -Contradictory practices: they do exactly the opposite of their vaunted principles.
