      Working from home was the most significant reason I decided to work and also the good salary offered by Globant

      At the beginning I did not have my own parking spot, so I had to pay for it when I used to go to the office

      Pros

      Nice working environment and great people. Facilities are great and you usually get to work with the cutting edge if you are into that. They are also generally flexible regarding time and working remotely. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some projects are really interesting, but there are also a few that may feel like a dead end. You have to be proactive so that your career path advances, even if that means that you can't just focus on your project. The bureaucracy at Globant is complex, you report to 5 or 6 people and getting things to change in any way requires for a lot of wheels to turn. Salaries are not too good.
