      Big and renamed customers, big projects, a lot of tech expertise on upper levels.

      Cons

      No defined rules to define a new hire seniority, so you'll find people with low tech level with high seniority, and people with a lot of experience with low seniorities and the company takes a while on performing these seniority and salary corrections.

      They are really flexible with working from home The salary is competitive Their clients are pretty good and look good on your CV

      Cons

      When getting a promotion your raise in salary is not that good so you get stagnated with the salary that you got when you got in. You have to make a good salary negotiation when getting in because you won't see a significant raise in your salary.
