Pros

Helping persons in the community is great. You receive mileage reimbursement for your travel. Supportive staff and supervisor is always reachable. There is room for growth within he agency.

Cons

No real cons that I've experienced. The pay could be a little better for the work being done. Supervisors are always available if you're having an issue at your assigned work site or issue with a consumer.
