Pros

Secure entry, office space, lunch lounge, complimentary foods, teamwork culture, opportunity to grow, health insurance, 401k, location

Cons

Lack of training from up management that rely on co-workers to train new hires, competitiveness or side choosing from some co-workers. Example, Talk of teamwork, but then say something like " let them be responsible for their own work"

Pros

Benefits are available to almost all team members Compassionate leadership Involved leadership and HR Autonomy and support Opportunity for growth Scholarships and other offerings Lots of internal training

Cons

Restricted time and labour resources Asked to do a lot by those somewhat unfamiliar with the role Communication and transparency could be improved, better understanding what each department is doing and how they contribute to mission. Too reactive/doing a lot of things poor -okay versus proactively doing less things but well - excellence Benefits coverage isn't great, dental, therapy, optician especially Compensation is difficult to understand

Pros

Decent company if you’re starting out in your career, some division will encourage you to develop yourself. With training, certificate or school. Never stop learning, always reach for more to enhance yourself to other employers.

Cons

Constant change in leadership, when new leadership is installed, they normally have no practical experience in what they are in charge of. Don’t listen or take any guidance from operation managers that have been doing it well for years. To much favoritism, they used to care about the team members. Now it’s about shifting blame of why a contract is losing revenue. Conversation with another manager, “If the company doesn’t purchase all equipment negotiated in the contract the optics on this is horrible” I was let go for this. Today I learned, 2/25/26 leadership states, all equipment and supplies negotiated in contract will be purchased…. Go figure.. : /
