Pros

Pros lots of freedom in the role you have at the distribution center. But that is all...place was a dump!!!! You could only do so much with the budget you were given but yet the company was making dollars hands over fist.

Cons

Cheap..will not spend money on nothing. Only receive one raise during the 4 years that I was there. They do not care about the workers and only worry about how much money they make on donated goods. Operated a multi million operations and could not get any new equipment basically had to use duct tape and zip ties to keep machinery operating. During my time there I received one review.
