Pros

You work with a group of caring individuals in a way that changes peoples' lives. We do in-depth case management, working with disabled individuals. Through work training and placement assistance, they become contributing members of our society. To watch the growth and success of my clients, provides me with tremendous satisfaction.

Cons

With any not for profit work, the money is nothing to get excited about and the insurance is worse! The management tries hard to find ways to recognize and reward its' staff, but there is only so much that you can do.
