      No career growth, work is not value added to resume or relevant to the market, no career growth

      Pros

      big buildings, bright lights, shiny floors, colorful emails promoting employee first customer second...nothing in practice

      Cons

      -Mostly lousy support projects that gives very little value addition to your resume. -I lost the knowledge that i had since they put me into a production support job, and the job gave very little knowledge gain -Govt like hierarchy that requires approval for each and every stuff. -Good policies but never followed in real sense. -Highly secretive in firing employees so the news is not spread to the market -No proper structured appraisal system, just a dummy form and depends on the level of rappo that you build with your manager(s). Good work is not recognised but only saying 'Yes' to manager works

      Pros

      Company Works like a Gov. Organization, which means just chilled work place, not much pressure. so u can manage a balance between ur work life and family.

      Cons

      Since it work likes a Gov organization, so its not a very good pay master, nobody pushes u to ur extreme to extract max out of u.

      Good learning place and opportunity for freshers, have more job security and stability. But low salary & other benefits.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn about various technologies if job role is good. Low work pressure. More job security and have good work -life balance.

      Cons

      Freshers are treated just like goods, many are transferred to metro cities without giving them anything extra, with salary of as low as Rs.9000/month. Even Network Engineers have to give desktop support like anti-virus installation at client locations. Poor HR role in resource management matters a lot.
