      -They gave me employment I guess.

      Cons

      -Based pay off of other regions, not understanding cost of living in area. -No leadership or management for most of my employment. -Did not have proper amount of employees hired for the job. Did not replace when others left. -expected way to much from a skeleton crew. -threatened to withhold pay on multiple occasions. -Did not offer certifications, only training, half which didn't apply to our job.

      Can we -ve stars as option to give to this company. They are many to list out: 1) Just are slave to there clients. HCL sends you to client location even in pandemic. No WFH and even when positive cases in same building, employees are complied to go. 2) No transport provided. Even when in pandemic use your own vehicle or use public transport. They don't care about employees but only want to make there clients happy. 3) Leaves policies are of client. Only 7 CH per year. Rest are all your leaves. 4) So that you don't use your own leaves, they keep policies that they would pay 3k per month if you would not take whole month leave. 5) 12 months prohibition period. Variable pay and hike only after that. In really this is 18 to 24 months. 6) EPB: Another hidden policy where they will take your monthly variable pay if anyone lwd is before March 31st. Whole monthly variable from April 1st to March 30 will be taken back. 7) The worst policies and trap served by HRS. 8) 3 months non negotiable notice period. 9) Many hidden policies and they closure your all ways to come out. You will feel trapped from all sides and will be waiting to resign and go out of here. Don't know how this company can be in top 4. Nothing can be more worst company than this. You will soon regret joining this organization and feel worst decision to join this company. Just RUN.

      Pros

      Extremely high paying company, Good equipment for WFH.

      Cons

      Bad management. Extremely disorganized. Toxic work environment(depends on which account) Condescending trainers. Weird process for overtime, night diffs, holiday pays. Yearly increase is account specific. Even having a good paying salary can't outweigh the toxicity of this place. If you manage to land in a good account, stay. Because the salary is what I don't dislike about this company.
