Learning Opportunities – Internal training programs (HCL Learning, MyXalence) and domain certifications. Inclusive Culture – Diverse workforce, approachable colleagues, and decent team support. Global Exposure – Chance to work with international clients and onsite opportunities. Multiple Pune Locations – Hinjewadi & Magarpatta campuses with decent facilities.

Below-Average Compensation – Salaries in Pune are often lower than peers like TCS, Infosys, or Accenture. Bench Time Issues – Possible delays in project allocation after joining or between assignments. Legacy Tech Stacks – Some projects involve outdated technologies, limited cutting-edge exposure. Slow Career Progression – Promotions and role changes can take longer compared to product companies. Bureaucracy in Processes – Being a large service-based firm, approvals and policy changes can be slow. Variable Project Quality – Experience heavily depends on your client/project allocation.
