Salary hikes are almost non-existent If your project ends, there is little work done by company for you to be appointed on another project

Cons
low hikes, low growth opportunities, policies for upskilling within hcl are not good. Bench policies are not in favor of the employees, bench managers are not cooperative.

Direct managers are generally supportive and easy to work with. The health insurance coverage is comprehensive and reliable for employees. A stable environment that is "okay" if you are looking for a steady place to work without too much pressure.
Cons
Extremely difficult to get a salary increase or promotion. Management used "declining company revenue" as a reason to stall raises, even after promising counter-offers that never materialized. The gap between performance and financial reward is frustrating.
