Worked on ANZ project at HCL - Able to learn a lot: technical skill, communication skill, foreign culture,... - Great people in general. The office has created a culture that encourage people to share, which in turn created a good vibe for the work environment. - Great office, good location, easy commute. - No check-in, check-out & hybrid work schedule allowing for flexible time arrangement. No anxiety of having to be on time. No more missed meals. - Occasional overtimes are needed due to work requirement, but are monetary compensated. Flexible time allowing for great benefit when overtime happens. - Encouraged employees to upskill (English speaking, technical skills, soft skills,...) while also providing courses at no additional charges. Cloud certificate fees are covered.
