Too bureaucratic. People were rewarded for talking about doing things instead of actually doing things. New management thinks very highly of itself, but not so much of general employees. Examples: 401k match was recently cut in half; bonuses were low because the company missed financial targets due higher senior management compensation and constant "transformation" efforts which are lead by super-expensive consultants.

Layoffs seem to have become a yearly thing. Management has become very detached and doesn't seem to have found a direction for the company yet. HR is useless and you can only submit a ticket about a issue, can't actually talk to a person. Lower than average pay.
