      Pros

      Work life balance. Still a few good people left. Good at marketing Innovative work (if company comes together)

      Cons

      Last good leader with a vision and ability to execute was Michael Halbherr. Lack of people with technical background in leadership team leads me to believe that non technology (sales) people are running a technology company. Painfully slow decision making at senior and executive level, takes months to make simple decisions. Technically skilled people moving to other opportunities leaving execution and other longer term problems for the company. Hard to get promoted unless you network. Lower pay compared to industry

      Casual environment Good pay Ability to self-direct

      Cons

      They're sending jobs to India as other companies are bringing them back. Benefits are no longer better than average, in fact, they are scaling back, because "we're giving more than other companies, so we are scaling back". Yeah, that was one of the things that made it a great place to work. HERE used to be an exceptional company, now it's as if management wants no more than to be average.

      Below-market salaries No clear career paths Many contractors Claims to use Agile methodology, but deadlines come from above with no input from those who do the work "Leadership team" making one bad decision after another: cutting 401(k) matching in half; buggy, feature-poor communication software; an open office plan proven to reduce productivity
