      Pros

      Benefits were good until they slashed 401k in half. I enjoyed working with my colleagues very much.

      Cons

      I worked here for a number of years and while change is generally good for companies, the changes made here were as if they couldn't make up their mind. After changing values/culture 3 different times in a 5yr span, it starts to becomes the thing you don't value. Employees are overworked. Top management is so concerned with strategy they have no clue what their employees do. They don't value their employees, nor are they able to celebrate their achievements. I speak from my experiences, so other teams in the company may be better.

      Good technology. State of the art tools and systems.

      Cons

      Less than competent senior management - too theoretic and academic. Declining revenue. Backstabbing culture.

      Pros

      Groundbreaking projects, well-established customers, best in industry at location content. Bright coworkers, good work-life balance, nice physical working environment, reasonable benefits & salary.

      Cons

      Management by cost containment by people who don't understand industry due to limited experience. Inexplicable, even contradictory decisions by leadership never get explained. Even good decisions don't. Most decisions are presented as accept it or get out. They request input and then go on to ignore it, so it seems to be mostly window-dressing. The talk is much better than the walk with the current management team. Culture was once exceptional, now muddied by unclear responsibilities and future direction.
