      An absurd place to work good if you are thinking of retirement

      Pros

      Flexible working hours and ok-ish salaries - in exchange for any meaningful work.

      Cons

      There's little to remind that this place was once a true innovation hub; today, the combination of a super-protective works council, employees who don't bother to show up at work before 10:30, are often absent or gone by 5 "because they have to do something" and the lack of any serious product direction towards building something innovative are driving this company off the cliff, unfortunately.

      Lack of direction from senior leadership Employee morale is low and going lower due to constant re-orgs and layoffs Arrogant and directionless senior leadership The company inexplicably started losing money after being sold off with new managment
