      Very much an old style management mindset. Slow to adopt change and the best example of micromanagement I've ever witnessed.

      Cons

      Low salary. It doesn't matter if your annual performance review has been excellent, your salary will not growth Leadership team HR, they never listen to their employees poor trainings Every year they fire lots of people and take others for no reason with same skills

      Pros

      Most of the people are very nice and the facilities team is great for morale type events. They allow for flexible work schedules and locations and are working hard to develop good D&I practices.

      Cons

      Leadership is disorganized with turnover and layoff being the one constant. It seems that the communications team and/or the way the company communicates is AWFUL.
