This place is a revolving door, people come to work and most of the time by the end of their first week they come to realize that they made the wrong decision. This place is a mad house. No body cares, specially HR managers, very few know of them know what they are doing and the rest although they are in HR, they don't like to deal with people. Who do you go to??? Employees that have been there for a long time don't care much because they know that no matter what, things won't change. LAY OFFS were only supposed to be for manufacturing employees in certain locations only, however, since the beginning of this year over 40 office/management personal has been Laid off due to Organizational Structure. Horrible cafeteria food, left over soup is served for 2 - 3 consecutive days, sometimes served on a Friday' and then on Monday again.

Unfortunately having great reviews and completing high quality work to not mean much past your manager because of the many levels of management. Hard to get a clear picture of the company's direction and to feel secure of your job with products constantly being shuffled around and whole teams being let go.
